PRODUCT SATISFACTION AND RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your ASHWATER® products, you may send them back within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or credit (minus the shipping charges). For a refund, approximately 60% or more of the product must be remaining in the original container.

We only process returns for products purchased at www.ashwaterproducts.com.

Please send your returns by UPS, FedEx, or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery.
