1. Shipping Rates & Live Estimates
We utilize the US Postal Service (USPS) for all shipments. To ensure you receive the most accurate pricing, we offer flexible and variable shipping rates calculated directly through our Shopify integration.

2. Shipment Processing & Delivery Days
At AshWater Products, LLC, our shipping schedule is aligned with the active operating days of the US Postal Service.

Standard Shipping Days: Orders are processed and dispatched on days that the USPS is operational and accepting mail. This includes Saturdays, provided the local post office is open.

Holidays: Shipping and delivery will not occur on federal holidays or any day the US Postal Service is officially closed. Please note that transit times may vary during holiday weeks based on carrier volume and specific post office holiday hours.

Processing Time: Most orders are prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been scanned by the USPS, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information typically updates within 24 hours of the package being received by the carrier.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
AshWater Products, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, and brokerage fees).
5. Damages and Missing Shipments
AshWater Products, LLC is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact the USPS directly to file a claim.
